By participating in the Model Search 2024, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
The Search commences on November 27, 2023 and ends on December 31, 2024. The Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone no later than January 5, 2025.
Entry is open to anyone regardless of age, gender, size, ethnicity, religion, ability or sexual preference.
Participants under 16 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter.
Entrants must be willing and able to enter a representation contract with Model Search 2024's parent company ModelScouts.com, and its affiliated agencies. Entrants must not be represented by or under contract with any modeling agency or management company that is acting as the model's mother agency. Models represented by agencies or management that are not acting as the model's mother agency may enter.
You can enter by completing the entry form on the ModelSearch2004.com website only. The entry
information must include your first name, last name, height, age, gender, address, telephone number, email
address and at least one photo.
Only one entry per person will be permitted.
Model Search 2024 reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and height) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Search to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Entry into the Model Search 2024 is free. There are no hidden fees or extra costs associated with the Search.
Any costs associated with entering the Search outside of the entry process are the entrant’s responsibility. The Winner(s) of the Search may be responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs depending on the terms of the contract(s) offered by participating agencies.
You warrant to Model Search 2024 that your entry (including any photograph you provide with it) is an original work that does not infringe the rights of any person. You warrant that you own or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use and authorize the Search to use all copyright or other proprietary rights in and to your entry to enable inclusion and use of your entry in the manner contemplated by these terms and conditions. If any part of your entry was provided by a third party, you warrant that you have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of the Search. You indemnify ModelSearch 2024 against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranties contained in these terms and conditions.
You grant to Model Search 2024 and ModelScouts.com an irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual license to use your entry (including any photograph you provide with it) in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using your entry in connection with book publication and promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to you. The Search may amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of your entry. The Search will not be liable for any breach of copyright in connection with your entry (including any photograph you provide with it). You will be solely responsible for your entry and the consequences of submitting it. Model Search 2024 and ModelScouts.com may use and may permit others to use your entry (including any photograph you provide with it) at its absolute discretion, including in connection with a story or feature on the Search to be published in any of its print or digital publications, without further remuneration or reference to you.
By entering the Search, you understand and agree that you may be approached by ModelScouts.com and given the opportunity to sign up for representation with ModelScouts.com. Representation by ModelScouts.com is subject to its standard terms and conditions of representation.
Model Search 2024 and its affiliated agencies may choose one or more winners for representation. You understand and agree that the winner(s) of the Model Search 2024 are chosen and offered modeling contract(s) based solely on the discretion of the international agencies seeking new models through the Search. Model Search 2024, ModelScouts.com and its affiliated agencies are under no obligation to choose a winner if no entrants are deemed viable for representation.
By entering the Model Search 2024 you agree to receive email messages and be contacted by ModelSearch 2024 and ModelScouts.com. You agree to receive such information, updates or promotions that we feel may be relevant to you and your modeling career. We will never sell, rent or allow any third party to access your personal information or to contact you without your express written consent. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at anytime after receiving the first email.
You release and indemnify Model Search 2024 and its partners, servants and agents from any claim by or on behalf of you and arising out of any loss, damage, accident or injury to you as a result of your entry in the Search and the exercise of the rights granted in these terms and conditions.
